About the Opportunity Manage the end-to-end AP process before and after go-live to keep invoice processing, approvals, and payments on track, and proactively clear exceptions and backlogs to maintain service levels. Triage issues, manage escalations, and drive resolutions in coordination with IT, the vendor, and stakeholders. Lead the AP team in support of the Serrala expansion, deliver targeted Serrala user training as needed, and reduce repeat issues through coaching and support. Resolve vendor master data issues by logging and tracking tickets with central procurement and ensuring timely closure. Complete a comprehensive handover (status updates, documentation and open items) with the departing AP Manager to ensure continuity. About You: Prior AP automation system experience Proven experience supporting AP automation go-live, including UAT, post-launch issue resolution, and coordination with IT and external vendors Demonstrated people leadership in an AP environment Strong issue triage and stakeholder management skills Systems Knowledge Expert-level SAP experience required; Serrala knowledge is a strong asset Technical Skills: Advanced Excel and MS Office skills Decision Authority: Acts as interim AP Manager for an AP team (incl. 7 AP staff and one AP Supervisor) with authority to approve transactions, manage escalations, and coordinate with Central Finance, IT, and Procurement .
