Identify, source, and place senior candidates in building materials, construction, architecture, manufacturing, and engineering markets. Develop relationships with senior decision makers in Canada and the United States. Work full‑time from home but support the team when needed. Deliver on monthly and quarterly revenue targets through commission and performance. Qualifications Strong computer skills and proficiency with recruitment technology. Experience in 360 recruitment – passionate about recruiting as a career. Ability to build a business from scratch and be a full‑cycle recruiter.
