Role Accountabilities Lead design efforts for industrial and data center projects. Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams to ensure aligned and integrated delivery. Prepare design and technical deliverables across all project phases. Uphold Arcadis standards for quality, safety, and project delivery excellence. Facilitate team and client meetings and provide project updates to leadership and key stakeholders. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term growth. Qualifications & Experience Professional degree in architecture (M.Arch., B.Arch., or equivalent) from an accredited institution. OAA Licensed Architect with at least 10 years’ experience in data centre and industrial building projects. Proven experience leading and delivering large-scale, complex data centre and industrial projects. Strong project leadership and multidisciplinary team coordination skills with minimal supervision. Expertise in architectural design, technical detailing, and construction documentation. Solid understanding of zoning bylaws and the Ontario Building Code. Demonstrated business development capabilities, including client engagement and proposal preparation. Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, including effective presentations. Commitment to sustainability, innovation, and high-quality design. Portfolio submission required; willingness to travel for field work and adapt to various work environments.
