A career as aSenior Analyst in the IT Delivery - Wealth Managementteam at National Bank means acting as the person responsible for the analysis, evolution, and support of multiple office applications based on business needs and technological challenges.
Your JobCollect, analyze, and document information to validate and prioritize business needs from clients and stakeholders, aligning them with National Bank's strategic directions.
Participate in defining the roadmap for approximately two hundred office applications by collaborating with the Product Owners of various SAFe Wealth Management trains, as well as architects, technical leads, and security teams.
Work closely with the office application development team, providing quality analysis for evolving requests.
Conduct various analyses (context, scope, issues, impacts, stakeholders) to produce diagnostics that raise awareness among business sectors about the efforts required for delivery and change management.
Ensure the alignment (traceability) of business solutions, technological architecture elements, and functional analysis components.
Assist clients in the preparation and execution of final acceptance tests.

The IT and Operations sector consists of over 5,500 experts working in an agile, proactive, and collaborative way to seize opportunities, stay at the forefront of technologies, and continuously improve processes.
Within the IT-OPS Delivery sector, Wealth Management and Financial Markets, you are part of the SAFe OSSDATA train for office applications and report to manager Yiwen Zhu. PrerequisiteBachelor’s degree or other related diploma in the field of activity, along with several years of relevant experience
Experience with Agile delivery methods (Scrum, Kanban)
Knowledge of JIRA is an asset
Experience in the banking or financial sector
Knowledge of the Wealth Management sector is an asset
Knowledge of databases (MS SQL, Sybase, etc.)
Knowledge or certification in AWS (EC2, RDS, etc.) is an asset
Knowledge or experience in hyper-automation (PowerApps, PowerAutomate, etc.) is an asset.
