Additional skills required: conducting performance reviews, balancing cash, preparing balance sheets and related reports, costing products and services, and organizing inventory. Specific skills include planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations; determining service offerings and implementing operational procedures; monitoring revenues and adjusting procedures and prices; negotiating with suppliers; setting staff schedules and monitoring performance; recruiting, training, and supervising staff; addressing customer complaints; and providing customer service. #J-18808-Ljbffr
