**Food Services Manager**

Camp Okema, operated by the Okema Society for Christian Development in the province of Saskatchewan, is an Anglican church camp that nurtures faith, friendship, and fun, while celebrating God’s love within his natural creation

**Hourly Wage: $16.50/hour**

**Start Date: July 4th 2025**

**Number of hours per week: 35**

**Number of weeks: 7 weeks**

**Number of positions: 1**

**Location**:Camp Okema, Emma Lake, SK

Tasks and Responsibilities
- **Maintain inventory and storage of food supplies for all camps**:

- **Coordinate & execute weekly food ordering**:

- **Manage weekly food delivery**:

- **Welcome & orienting weekly volunteer cooks to kitchen operations and sanitation standards**:

- **Ensure health standards are met**:

- **Develop & display signage to aid volunteers in following food safety protocol**:

- **Update camp menu binder**:

- **Responsible for checking & following dietary restrictions, accommodations, & allergies for campers, volunteers, & staff**:

- **Maintain sanitation standards in food service areas**:

- **Mop Manna House daily, empty Manna House garbage cans**:

- **Assist cooks with food preparation, service, and clean-up**:

- **Coordinate with maintenance and camp directors and volunteers for any maintenance issues, allergies, camp scheduling, special meals, etc**:

- **Other duties, as assigned**:

- **Keep a record of duties performed**:

- **WHMIS & Food Safety Certification are considering an asset, training can be provided.**:

- **Submit valid driver’s license and criminal record check including vulnerable sector search.**
- Lodging and board are provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
