Overview Vice President, Recruitment Services at Vaco Our client is looking for a Manager, Financial Reporting for 6-month contract. Job #: Responsibilities Prepare the financial reporting and consolidation Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes by preparing reconciliations, variance analyses, and management reports. Collaborate with software development and sales teams to align financial reporting with business performance metrics. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling activities. Troubleshoot reporting issues and provide end-user support for financial systems. Ensure data integrity and consistency across financial systems and reports. Document reporting processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Develop, maintain, and enhance financial reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in financial reporting, FP&A, or accounting support roles. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros) and experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
