The ideal candidate will develop and optimize synthesizer RF designs, design and program microcontroller or FPGA‑based control boards, create source power supply designs, and perform RF PCB design using Altium Designer. Responsibilities Conceive, design, analyze, and develop compact low phase noise sources to meet aerospace and space operating environments. Hands‑on laboratory testing and troubleshooting. Maintain detailed documentation at the MIL‑STD level. Collaborate seamlessly with diverse and highly skilled engineering and production colleagues (mechanical, software, monitor & control, EPC, thermal, thin film, etc.). Qualifications Minimum: 5+ years’ industry RF design experience. Degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics from an accredited university. Preferred: PhD in Electrical Engineering or Physics from an accredited university, with a thesis on signal source technology or a related topic and 5–10 years’ RF design industry experience.
