Site Supervisor

Responsibilities Supervise and oversee daily construction site activities in compliance with health and safety regulations. Identify potential hazards, assess risks, and implement preventive measures through regular inspections and safety programs. Collaborate closely with the site foreman to coordinate on-site activities and ensure alignment with project objectives. Plan, supervise, and manage M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) construction works to meet project timelines and quality standards. Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, codes of practice, and safety requirements. Monitor and evaluate site progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with regulations. Prepare and update reports to keep the Project Manager informed of site progress and issues. Interpret and work with AutoCAD, PNID, BQ, and isometric drawings for project planning and coordination. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in VSMC Vacuum Hookup. Preferably with experience in the semiconductor industry. Strong attention to detail and a high degree of confidentiality. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Good written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in reading and writing Chinese is required to communicate with our headquarters in Taiwan and to handle Chinese-language technical documents.
