Power Platform

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform & GenAI Developer to design, develop, and implement intelligent business applications, automated workflows, and AI-powered enterprise solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), SQL Server, and REST API integrations . You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to transform business requirements into scalable, secure, and innovative solutions using Microsoft technologies and modern AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop business applications using Microsoft Power Apps , including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
• Build, maintain, and optimize automated business workflows using Power Automate .
• Develop dashboards, business applications, and data-driven solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
• Design and implement Generative AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, and other LLM technologies.
• Build AI assistants, chatbots, intelligent agents, and AI-powered workflow automation solutions.
• Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies to improve LLM accuracy, relevance, and business outcomes.
• Integrate Power Platform applications with enterprise systems through REST APIs, Web Services, custom connectors, and other integration technologies .
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, Stored Procedures, Views, and database functions .
• Design data models and integrate solutions with SQL Server, Dataverse, SharePoint, and cloud-based data sources .
• Apply RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) concepts to enterprise AI solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and developers to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure solutions follow appropriate security, governance, performance, compliance, and Power Platform best practices .
• Troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain existing Power Platform and AI solutions.
• Stay current with emerging Microsoft AI, Copilot, LLM, and enterprise automation technologies .

Microsoft Power Platform

Generative AI & LLM Technologies

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Experience integrating OpenAI GPT models
• Experience with Anthropic Claude or equivalent LLM platforms
• Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering
• Understanding of LLM integration and fine-tuning concepts
• Experience with AI Agent / Agentic AI development
• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Experience developing AI-powered workflow automation

Database & API Integration

• Proficiency with:
• Stored Procedures
• Views
• SQL Queries
• Database Functions
• Data Modeling
• Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs
• Strong understanding of JSON and XML
• Experience designing and developing API-based integrations
• Experience with Dataverse and enterprise data sources
