About the Opportunity Develop and manage fair, competitive, and transparent compensation strategies Maintain salary structures, policies, and market competitiveness Partner with HR and hiring teams to ensure equitable pay and offers Ensure compliance with pay equity and transparency laws Oversee annual salary, bonus, and incentive processes Support job evaluation, classification, and consistent titling Analyze market data to guide compensation decisions Manage vendor relationships and benefits alignment Communicate and educate teams on total rewards programs About You 3+ years of experience working within Compensation, including expertise with variable pay, offer letters, bonus modelling, base pay, compensation ratios, and On-target-earnings (OTE) Advanced Excel skills are required Strong attention to detail and able to meet urgent requests Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Salary Range $87,000 - $108,000 /year How to Apply Click the "Apply Now" button and follow the instructions to submit your resume.
