Our client, a leading consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join their finance team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead financial analysis and reporting initiatives in a dynamic environment. Position Summary: The Senior Financial Analyst will oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to drive financial performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead budgeting and forecasting processes. Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management. Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions. Develop financial models to support strategic decision-making. Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on complex financial issues. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
