We are looking for a Sr. Gameplay Software Engineer who is passionate about building gameplay, mentoring technical excellence, and collaborating with designers and engineers to improve and polish gameplay systems. Responsibilities Collaborate with a demanding team of designers and gameplay engineers to improve and polish gameplay systems. Build exciting gameplay features and mechanics. Mentor junior engineers and share best practices. Participate in live‑service environment support and feature iteration. Qualifications BSc in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Excellent C++ coding skills with 8+ years of experience. Several shipped games, preferably across PC and console. Experience working within a live‑service environment. Strong desire to mentor and foster continuous improvement. Self‑driven with a strong sense of quality. Great collaborator with game designers and engineers.
