Chemistry Expert (PhD/ Master's) - AI Trainer This role is for one of the Weekday's clients. We are seeking Chemistry PhD or Master's students/professionals to contribute their expertise to a cutting-edge project with a leading AI lab. In this role, you will help create high-quality domain-specific data to support state-of-the-art large language models, tackling challenging problems that will shape the future of AI innovation. Requirements Currently pursuing or holding a Chemistry-related PhD or Master's from a top university in the US or Canada, OR have worked full-time in a Chemistry-related field in the US or Canada for more than 1 year. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Able to work independently in a fully remote and asynchronous setup. Project Details Start Date: September (rolling applications considered throughout). Commitment: 15-20 hours/week, with potential to extend up to 40+ hours. Duration: Minimum of 1-2 months. Work: Fully remote and asynchronous. Compensation & Legal Status Engagement as an hourly contractor. Payments issued weekly via Stripe Connect.
