Ensure quality of service delivered by our entitlements support teams is in line with service level agreements while ensuring superior quality, timeliness and cost effectiveness of information delivery to internal and external clients. Support Securities Lending Entitlement processing adhering to both lender and borrower requirements. Effectively manage the relationships between the group and key internal departments to balance service, risk efficiency and staff well-being. Ensure operational risk events (ORE’s) are kept to an absolute minimum and where occurring are not repetitive in nature as part of managing key risk indicators. Maintenance of satisfactory internal and external Audit/Regulatory/Risk Ratings and reviews. Qualifications 5 to 7 years’ experience. Demonstrated knowledge of the end-to-end Corporate Action Lifecycle. Demonstrated leadership, supervisory and people management abilities. Ability to work under pressure, managing workloads and time efficiently to meet stringent deadlines in a stressful environment. Client Focus. Sound judgment at evaluating risk.
