Drive sales through customer service, visual merchandising, and store operations as an Assistant Manager with Abercrombie & Fitch Co. Lead daily execution across the salesfloor and stockroom.
This multifaceted Assistant Manager role combines business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. You will analyze reporting, oversee opening and closing routines, and support efficient store processes. The position also includes staffing, scheduling, payroll management, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales through product knowledge and brand awareness
- Supervise salesfloor and stockroom operations
- Conduct staffing, scheduling, and payroll management
- Build visual displays and styling recommendations
- Analyze reporting to inform business decisions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or one year supervisory experience
- Fluency in English
- Strong customer focus and communication skills
- Knowledge of current fashion trends
- Ability to coach others and manage multiple tasks
