Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee store operations and company policy compliance
- Lead, motivate, and develop store staff
- Manage recruitment, training, scheduling, and inventory
- Maintain visual merchandising, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Handle cash management, opening, and closing
Requirements:
- Minimum two years’ retail and team management experience
- Open day, evening, and weekend availability
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Use retail leadership, operational oversight, and merchandising expertise to manage store standards, staff development, and customer service.
