Our client, a leader in their field, is looking to add a new Commercial Property Manager to their collaborative team Benefits & Perks$85,000 - $120,000 per annum Health and dental benefits 3 weeks vacation ResponsibilitiesOversee all maintenance and facility operations for buildings, utilities, signage, parking, and common areas. Develop and manage a preventative maintenance program for infrastructure, electrical systems, lighting, and plumbing. Supervise external trades, contractors, and service providers — from scope creation to completion sign-off. Conduct regular inspections of buildings and common areas, documenting deficiencies and ensuring repairs are completed on schedule. Manage leasing for all upland commercial, office, and retail spaces. Handle marketing, showings, offers, lease preparation, renewals, rent escalations, and CAM/operating cost recoveries. Serve as the main tenant contact for maintenance, rent inquiries, and lease compliance. Resolve disputes, enforce lease terms, and ensure tenant satisfaction and retention. Prepare and manage annual operating and capital budgets. Approve invoices, POs, and track expenses; reconcile accounts payable and receivable. Monitor rent collection, issue arrears notices, and maintain target cash flow levels. Produce monthly and quarterly owner reports, including KPI dashboards (occupancy, NOI, arrears, maintenance status). Qualifications4+ years experience in property management managing a commercial portfolio or mixed-use. Must have obtained rental license.
