Technical Sales Specialist, Dry Ice Applications

Technical Sales Specialist Dry Ice Applications (Full-Time) – Calgary or Edmonton, AB Primary Purpose The Technical Sales Specialist Dry Ice Applications will promote sales and provide account service to dry ice customers across Western Canada. The individual will be accountable for achieving quota through prospecting new customers and expanding existing relationships for the dry ice business. Key Accountabilities Provide technical dry ice support to Territory Managers and retail locations Grow dry ice sales at retail locations Create and execute long‑term strategic plans for Western Canada regions, considering local customer differences Develop new business opportunities and pursue market growth strategies Focus on sales quota, new business development, and maintaining customer relationships Improve gross profit and secure new business by understanding value propositions Support and implement marketing plans, promotions, and new product launches Negotiate product supply agreements to secure long‑term relationships Maintain accurate account set‑up and pricing data Manage target account lists and qualify new business leads using the CRM system Conduct competitive intelligence Collaborate with the operations team to ensure quality dry ice supply to end users Work closely with Territory Managers in a team solution‑selling approach Demonstrate products to new account customers Required Qualifications Education High School Diploma/GED (required) Bachelor’s Degree preferred Experience Prefer 5‑7 years of outside sales experience Technical knowledge of dry ice applications Knowledge of food processing, healthcare, and food supply chains; cannabis and dry‑ice blasting knowledge essential Ability to present to customers and lead professional presentations at all organizational levels Employment Type Full‑Time Vacancy 1 Key Skills Abinitio Administration and Accounting Android Bid Management Inventory Management Embedded C EEO and Accessibility Statements Linde Canada Inc. is committed to providing accommodations for people with disabilities.
