This role offers the opportunity to drive transformative programs for large enterprise clients, supporting them through complex program delivery challenges across a range of technical stacks. The Manager/Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in guiding project execution, ensuring successful delivery, and providing strategic insights. This is a role for someone who thrives in working in a dynamic, collaborative, fast growing business with tight timelines and autonomy.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Delivery Lead small-to-mid-sized client engagements focused on Program Assurance reviews for enterprise-scale implementations Manage delivery of consulting projects, including but not limited to developing the project plan and schedule, understanding client needs and goals, designing and executing the project plan to achieve outcomes, crafting deliverables and actively identifying additional opportunities. Guide Sr. Consultants/Consultants on the consulting team’s deliverables and, where needed, create compelling documents in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word to demonstrate solutions and strategies for our clients. Monitor and assess large-scale development projects across multiple components and provide best-practice recommendations. Performs project reviews and assess plan to project performance. Build and maintain client relationships with C-Suite executives. Business Development Partner with business development leads to develop proposals, statements of work, and other client-facing materials. Identify opportunities for additional advisory services and workshops based on client needs. Generate sales leads through direct interactions and successful project deliveries. Practice Development Work closely with the consulting practice leaders on strategic planning and go-to-market activities for Info-Tech’s Consulting division. Make best-practice recommendations to improve ongoing practice and project delivery. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, helping to foster a high-performance environment. Required Skills & ExperienceProject Management & Client Interaction: Extensive experience managing complex projects, including budget, scope, and timeline management. Strong client-facing skills, building rapport with clients and senior stakeholders. Ability to manage negotiations while keeping projects on track and aligned with client expectations. Analytical & Problem Solving: Skilled in analyzing complex data and providing actionable insights. Ability to drive problem-solving processes in high-stakes environments. Business Development & Consulting: Experience in proposal creation, RFP responses, and statement of work development. Strong background in risk management, organizational change management, solution architecture, and vendor management. Certifications: PMP, Agile, CMC, or other relevant certifications are a plus Advanced level user of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Self-motivated and able to work in a dynamic fast past environment with a focus on high performance and delivery excellence. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language. Qualifications University degreein Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline preferred. Recent experiencein the management of a project, or as a lead of a significant workstream, in a substantially sized (ERP, CRM, HRIS, or similarly sized impact) implementation project. Senior/Managing BAin a significant program or program management office is a plus. Experienceoperating as a solution owner, functional/technical lead, product owner, or program manager is a plus. Exposure to, or direct experiencein, waterfall and agile methodologies. Experience in the creationof project proposals, RFP responses, and Statements of Work is a plus. Demonstrated client interactionexperience in a consulting delivery and/or sales capacity. Acquired project experienceand knowledge of: Project Management / Governance, Solution Architecture, Implementation Methodologies, Organizational Change Management, Quality Assurance, Maintenance & Operations, Financial and/or Vendor management, and Project Risk Management. Consulting certifications, or certifications in IT or project management-related topics (e.g., CMC, PMP, Agile Certified, CBAP, COBIT 5) are considered beneficial. This role may involve travel within North America up to 25% of the time.
