Apex Systems is a global IT services provider and our staffing practice has a contract-to-hire hybrid opportunity for a ECommerce Brand Advocate Analyst servicing North York, Toronto. Join our dynamic Brand Advocate Program to enhance one of our largest supplier partners' eCommerce and interconnected experience. As the dedicated point of contact for your assigned vendors, you will build strong relationships, drive strategic decisions, and prioritize eCommerce projects. Leveraging your eCommerce expertise and data analytics skills, you will create dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights. Additionally, you will manage account-related tasks such as creating tickets, following up on project statuses, and ensuring data quality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on eCommerce projects, including new product onboarding, content enrichment, and deep-dive analysis.
  • Utilize eCommerce expertise and data analytics to create dashboards and reports, translating data into actionable insights.
  • Manage account-related tasks such as creating tickets, following up on project statuses, and ensuring back-end data quality.


Qualifications/Requirements:

  • University/College degree in a related area of study, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of related experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to large groups.
  • Familiarity with key eCommerce metrics and best practices.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Looker, and similar analytics tools is an asset.
  • Ability to prioritize projects and work independently in ambiguous situations.
  • Travel to Toronto Store location multiple times per month and occasional visits to GTA client stores.
