Your Responsibilities You have a passion for driving sales: As a key Leader on Duty, you drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class in-store guest experience. You support Store Leadership in maximizing business opportunities to drive KPI results. You are a people leader: You motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values. You model leadership and hold associates accountable to AEO’s service standards on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room. You have an eye for talent and a love of training: You recruit and hire strong talent to ensure the store is staffed to meet business needs.
