In this role, you'll manage multiple rail lines while ensuring the highest safety standards are met. Your duties will consist of loading pellets, conducting routine cleaning, and assisting with maintenance tasks. Continuous improvement in operations will be encouraged to enhance both efficiency and safety practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maneuver railcars according to safety policies
• Load pellets and complete administrative checklists
• Follow health, safety, and environmental requirements
• Contribute to maintenance tasks as needed
• Engage in quality control initiatives for improvement
Requirements:
• High school diploma and valid driver’s license required
• Ability to operate mobile equipment safely and effectively
• Demonstrated initiative in a team environment
• Compliance with all safety regulations
• Commitment to ongoing training and development
