Key Responsibilities:
• Inspire team members to enhance customer engagement
• Achieve sales targets through effective store management
• Implement safety standards and policies promptly
• Maintain optimum store appearance at all times
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of retail/customer service experience
• At least 1 year of sales management
• Experience in financial and operational management
• Cosmetology license considered an asset
• Must be 18 years or older
