- Inspire team members to enhance customer engagement
- Achieve sales targets through effective store management
- Implement safety standards and policies promptly
- Maintain optimum store appearance at all times
- Minimum 3 years of retail/customer service experience
- At least 1 year of sales management
- Experience in financial and operational management
- Cosmetology license considered an asset
- Must be 18 years or older
