Customer Success Engineer II, Canada (French Speaking)(Remote) Procore Technologies is seeking a Customer Success Engineer II to lead the success of French‑speaking customers in Canada. In this role you will act as the product champion for Procore, guiding clients to adopt and realize business performance gains from our construction software. You will work closely with Sales, Professional Services, Support, Product, and Marketing to maximize customer value and foster a high‑performance culture. What you’ll do: Make data‑driven recommendations to customers on optimizing the value of Procore using customer analytics and industry best practices. Craft value‑based presentations to address business problems and accelerate platform adoption. Provide product roadmap and release updates so clients benefit from our leading‑edge technology. Drive product demonstrations and coordinate internal and external technical resources. Serve as a technical account manager, delivering responsive, high‑quality customer service through clear communication. Support and mentor fellow teams, contributing to best‑practice development. Develop mastery of Procore products, professional services, and industry best practices. Travel up to 50% to client sites, industry events, and Procore offices (domestic and international). What we’re looking for: Fluent in French (speaking and writing). Minimum of 2 years of construction industry expertise. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, or Technical Pre‑Sales. Strong technical aptitude to master Procore’s offerings and emerging technologies. Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills on time‑sensitive projects. Outstanding presentation and communication skills, both in‑person and virtually. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Knowledge of construction across verticals such as general contracting, subcontracting, real‑estate development, etc.; prior roles in project management, site supervision, or engineering preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science preferred. Additional Information Base Pay Range: 96,000.00 – 132,000.00 CAD AnnualOn Target Earning Range: 120,000.00 – 165,000.00 CAD AnnualThis role may also be eligible for equity compensation.
