Our client, a leading organization in the payroll Sector, is seeking a Payroll Manager to join their team. As a Payroll Manager, you will be part of the Payroll Department supporting the Canadian payroll operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Payroll Manager Location: Mississauga, ON | Hybrid (3 days onsite) Pay Range: $55 - $60/hour (Cad) What's the Job? Oversee and manage end-to-end Canadian payroll processing across multiple legal entities Ensure payrolls are processed accurately and on strict deadlines Validate payroll inputs, conduct audits, and resolve discrepancies Ensure compliance with Canadian payroll legislation, including taxes, garnishments, pension remittances, and year-end filings Support payroll system configurations, implementations, and integrations What's Needed? 10+ years of Canadian payroll experience in a multi-entity, international environment Proven payroll leadership experience managing or coaching teams Strong experience with ADP GlobalView (or similar systems such as Streamline, Celergo) SAP SuccessFactors HCM experience Hands-on experience with payroll system implementations and integrations What's in it for me?
