Senior Governance & Control Analyst Join TD’s Transformation, Enablement, and Customer Experience (TECE) Governance & Control Team as a Senior Governance & Control Analyst. This role provides governance and control guidance, supports implementation of policies, and completes reporting, analysis, and assessments. Location & Hours Toronto, Ontario, Canada 37.5 hours per week Compensation $76,800 – $115,200 CAD per year, plus discretionary variable compensation award. Responsibilities Provide governance and control related advice/support to management and teams. Support the implementation of governance and control initiatives in line with business strategy. Manage governance and control work activities requiring coordination across multiple areas. Review processes and controls, connecting issues and deficiencies to increase standardization. Support/ manage the integrated implementation of policies, procedures and changes across functional areas. Prepare and deliver materials and presentations to management or broader audiences. Assist with reporting, analysis, and assessments. Department Overview Risk Culture: Foster risk awareness, evaluate strategy against risk appetite, provide timely insight for oversight. Risk & Control Activities: Identify, assess, develop risk mitigation, design, implement, sustain controls, test, monitor, document results, track action plans. Governance, Issues Management & Reporting: Facilitate discussions with management and stakeholders; resolve incidents, track issues, develop reporting for risk‑based decisions. Requirements Undergraduate degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in Operational Risk and Regulatory Compliance (including FCRM). Knowledge of other major risk categories. Knowledge of TD project methodology. Self‑starter with sound judgment and problem‑solving skills. Team player with collaboration, interpersonal, and relationship management skills. Time management and organizational skills; ability to prioritize multiple initiatives. Strong verbal and written communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
