We are currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support strategic decision‑making through insightful financial analysis, reporting, and recommendations. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic business partner to property operations, streamline processes, and champion continuous improvement within the property management finance function. Financial Planning & Analysis Conduct detailed financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for an assigned group of properties from CLV’s portfolio. Translate financial data into clear, actionable strategies that improve operational efficiency, occupancy, and NOI growth. Deliver timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management and property owners. Coordinate with external accountants and provide support during year‑end financial statement preparation and reporting. Strategic Support & Business Partnering Collaborate closely with property management teams to understand financial performance, highlight trends, and address financial implications of operational decisions. Act as a financial business partner, building relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline processes, manage cash flow, and ensure effective financial governance. Partner with the property management maintenance team to report weekly work order and renovation metrics and help identify trends or areas of focus for properties in our portfolio. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts, fostering professional growth and strengthening the financial acumen within the team. Participate in ad hoc financial projects and strategic initiatives as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. CPA designation or equivalent strongly preferred. 5–7 years of progressive financial analysis experience, preferably within real estate, property management, or related industry. Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Proven ability to synthesize complex financial information into clear, actionable insights. Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach to stakeholder management. Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting financial information effectively to diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
