We are currently hiring an Implementation Specialist for our Richmond Hill office. Who You Are Adaptable and responsive to change Highly customer‑focused with a commitment to service excellence Strong organizational and communication skills; detail‑oriented and able to clearly articulate ideas Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within dynamic teams Skilled in prioritizing tasks and managing workloads to meet project timelines in fast‑paced environments Quick to learn and apply new technologies, applications, and solutions Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and uncover efficiencies What You’ll Do Conduct on‑site physical surveys and documentation of HFC platform equipment and connectivity Update and enter data into the database Perform on‑site surveys and project reviews with stakeholders for project implementation Manage material, work orders, and installation of telecommunications equipment Oversee headend infrastructure augmentation (BDFB, Cable Infrastructure, etc.) Plan and implement headend optimization Provide technical support and troubleshooting for access and core network deployments (Transport, IP Core, Spine & Leaf, etc.) Collaborate with headend and wireless operational teams on project execution Adhere to all applicable health and safety regulations, in accordance with legislation and company policy What You Bring Practical headend or data center experience Knowledge of all HFC & telecommunications inside‑plant design and construction practices Understanding of all analog, digital, and network transport technology and systems 5 years of HFC and telecommunications or related network industry experience Post‑secondary education in Electronics, Telecommunications, or equivalent industry experience Autocad experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office and associated software Familiarity with standard computer hardware and interfaces Excellent written and oral communication skills Valid driver’s license What’s in it for You Discounts: up to 50 % off Rogers services, and 25 % off TSC items; 20 % discount on all wireless accessories sold in Rogers stores Company matching contributions to charities you support Growth & development opportunities, including the MyPath program Rogers First priority in applying to internal roles of interest Wellness Programs Homewood Employee & Family Assistance Program Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) & virtual therapy sessions Low or no‑cost fitness membership with access to virtual classes Our Commitment to the Environment and Diversity Work for an organization committed to environmental protection Strong commitment to diversity and inclusion with employee resource groups supporting equity‑deserving groups including People of Colour, 2SLGBTQIA+, Indigenous Peoples, Persons with Disabilities, and Women Pre‑employment checks: A pre‑employment background check will be conducted.
