Role Overview:

WinMagic Corp. is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Artist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing compelling visuals that reflect our brand identity and resonate with our target audience. You will work on diverse projects, including digital and print media, ensuring consistency and quality in all design outputs. Some of these projects will also include collaborating with our development and product team on UX design and branding.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging branded assets for digital platforms, including but not limited to websites, social media, email campaigns, and product GUIs / UX including company and product logos, letterhead, brochures, presentations, promotional materials, event signage, and website elements.
  • Ability to further develop, maintain, and execute against branding guidelines ensuring all designs align with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Create print materials such as brochures, flyers, and trade show displays.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual assets for product launches and campaigns.
  • Develop illustrations, infographics, and animations to simplify complex concepts.
  • Support video production through storyboarding and motion graphics (as needed).
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.


Qualifications:

  • Approx. 5 years of graphic design experience, ideally with a mix of agency and client-side experience
  • Experience and comfort in fast-paced and multiple workstream environments
  • Strong understanding and experience with both print and digital design processes
  • Self-starting, pro-active and take-charge work ethic
  • Creative mindset to be able to bring a design to life with simple instructions with a proven experience as a Graphic Artist, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to work on multiple projects at once and with various deadlines
  • Attention to detail to ensure that all specifications are met and free of any errors
  • Patience to send creative designs through multiple approval processes and often work with several different people to get a job done
  • Flexibility to be able to switch between projects or pivot quickly should the requirements of the project change
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI design principles is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity.
  • Ability to adapt to feedback and iterate designs accordingly.

  • Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, Social Media, WordPress, CSS, HTML, JavaScript
