The Opportunity We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Real Estate Operations to support the day-to-day facilities operations of 130+ corporate and branch offices across Canada . This role is critical to ensuring operational continuity, service excellence, and timely resolution of facilities-related issues across multiple locations. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Facilities Operations, you will serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, manage work orders and incidents, coordinate vendors, and support ongoing operational initiatives. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for facilities-related inquiries and issues for assigned offices Provide regional facilities operations support and backup coverage for corporate campuses and additional offices as required Manage work order systems, ensuring requests are logged, prioritized, and completed accurately and on time Monitor and manage incident queues, ensuring timely response and resolution of priority issues Troubleshoot facilities-related issues and coordinate resolutions with vendors and internal partners Escalate critical incidents and provide clear, proactive status updates to management Coordinate with landlords, property managers, security teams, and contractors (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, pest control, etc.) Support procurement activities including purchase order creation and invoice processing Manage small-scale moves, adds, changes, and minor projects Document and maintain standard operating procedures to support business continuity Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external service partners Qualifications & Experience 3–5 years of experience in facilities management or a related operational role (property management, corporate services, client services operations, etc.) Hands‑on experience with work order and incident management systems (CMMS) Bilingual in English and French – mandatory Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) Proven ability to manage multiple vendors, priorities, and operational tasks simultaneously Excellent communication, client service, and problem‑solving skills Nice to Have Construction or facilities project coordination experience Ability to read and interpret commercial lease agreements Professional certifications such as CFM, FMP, RPA, FMA, or CET Work Arrangement Fully onsite – 5 days per week Pay Range Information The expected base salary range for this position is $40 – $50 per hour , depending on experience, skills, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for other forms of compensation, including bonuses, commission (if applicable), and/or other incentives, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. Final compensation will be determined based on job‑related skills, experience, and market factors.
