Take your next step and join Osler’s Corporate Department as an associate in our Vancouver office and be part of an exceptional team providing legal and strategic expertise on domestic and multi-jurisdictional M&A and private equity transactions to meet the unique needs of our clients. POSITION REQUIREMENTS The successful candidate will have: 2 to 4 years of corporate law experience focusing on private equity and M&A; strong knowledge and interest in business and commercial transactions; exceptional client service skills; excellent communication and drafting skills; and strong academic credentials. Compensation: The compensation will be determined by the year of call and experience. The expected salary range for this position in British Columbia is $130,000 - $165,000.
