Take your next step and join Osler’s Corporate Department as an associate in our Vancouver office and be part of an exceptional team providing legal and strategic expertise on domestic and multi-jurisdictional M&A and private equity transactions to meet the unique needs of our clients. - 2 to 4 years of corporate law experience focusing on private equity and M&A; - strong knowledge and interest in business and commercial transactions; - exceptional client service skills; - excellent communication and drafting skills; and - strong academic credentials. **Compensation**: The compensation will be determined by the year of call and experience.
