Canna Cabana seeks reliable and hardworking individuals for the part-time Shift Leader position at their Rochdale location. You will play a vital role in daily operations, customer interaction, and staff development, leveraging your two years of retail experience. This role emphasizes leadership in customer service, sales achievement, and compliance with store standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in supervising daily store activities
• Uphold performance during the Store Manager’s absence
• Resolve customer complaints and guide staff
• Maintain store condition and service standards
• Coordinate inventory management efficiently
Requirements:
• Completed high school education and relevant training
• Minimum 2 years of retail experience
• Clean Criminal Background Check before hiring
• CannaSell SK certification must be obtained
• Valid First Aid certification is a plus
