This role is for a proven Enterprise Account Executive to join the Contact Center Practice and address strong market demand. Responsibilities Prospect for net-new logo accounts and grow the existing RingCentral account base within the assigned territory. Meet with customers to up-sell existing engagements and follow up on past engagements. Educate and evangelize the RingCentral value proposition with the sales team and senior-level customer contacts. Proactively position the value of cloud solutions and coordinate with RingCentral sales teams to develop Territory, Account, and Opportunity Strategy Plans. Work with RingCentral resources to develop and position solutions (Office / Call Center with Live Reports, RingCX with RingSense, RingCentral Contact Center, RingCentral Workforce Optimization) to fit customer needs. Advocate for customers within RingCentral and for RingCentral with customers. Utilize RingCentral sales processes for identification, positioning, and lifecycle management of opportunities. Drive new revenue through customer acquisition in designated territory and named accounts; consistently strive to meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets. Partner with regional VARs to identify, engage, and deliver new customers. Own funnel, pipeline, forecasting, and GTM strategy for respective patches; manage complex sales cycles and negotiate value-based agreements. Qualifications Preferably 5–7 years of solid B2B sales experience with a proven record of selling to large corporate accounts and longer sales cycles. Experience in value-based selling and ROI creation; track record of achieving or exceeding quota. 5 years of technology solution-based selling (SaaS, Unified Communications, Cloud applications, VoIP, telephony). Extensive Call Center/Contact Center experience; strong presentation and online demo skills; ability to prospect, engage, and acquire net-new logos. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; entrepreneurial, energetic, and adaptable. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent military/work experience.
