Position: Food Services Manager (NOC 60030) Vacancies: One (1) Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent Compensation: $36.00 per hour Working hours: hours per week Benefits: 4 % of vacation pay / Free meals at workJob Duties Hire, train, supervise and develop all staff and conduct performance reviews Direct, organize, evaluate, and implement operational procedures for the establishment Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed Control and order food and beverage supplies and inventory, and monitor food preparation and methods Provide customer service and resolve customer complaints or concerns Plan and coordinate with suppliers to maintain food, inventory, and other supplies Organize marketing initiatives, such as special promotions Develop marketing strategies by utilizing social media networks Maintain work schedules, process payroll, and balance cash Provide administrative support in developing budgets and completing balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms Monitor revenues and costs of products and services Ability to work shifts (day, evening, night, and/or weekends)Work Conditions & Skills Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Attention to detail Personal Suitability: Ability to multitask, Flexibility, Reliability, Organized, Dependability, Accurate, Client focus, Effective interpersonal skills, Team playerRequirements Completion of Secondary School.
