Location: Toronto Downtown business core. Hybrid Salary Range: $120,000–$150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Looking for Tech Lead, Solutions Architects who have experience and expertise in designing and implementing complex systems and solutions. You will be responsible for providing leadership, designing, and implementing Enterprise level systems and solutions for our Financial Services clients. Lead strategy and transformation, migration roadmap, based on client needs and industry trends. Facilitate Technical Solution discussions with other Platform Architects, Technology teams, developers and Business stakeholders. Produce effort estimates with scope work, define deliverables, and timelines. Embrace Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD) and Agile engineering practices in client engagements. Lead, mentor, and coach the technical team on client engagements. Lead development of our intellectual property and best practices. Foster and maintain close working relationships with clients. Able to adapt to dynamic and changing work environment, able to prioritize to changing client needs and deliver a successful result. Minimum bachelor’s degree in either Computer Science or Engineering. At least 10 years of development/architecture experience. At least 5 years of experience in designing and architecting scalable and secure enterprise level systems using Java or Microsoft Technologies. Strong knowledge in custom web development and deployment into a Cloud environment (AWS, Azure or GCP). Strong understanding of API design and performance optimization. Experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes. Strong Client facing skills, able to lead and articulate complex technical solutions for various stakeholders to consume. Conduct research to create roadmaps, review solutions and provide recommendations. Review existing interfaces, provide roadmap for future state solution. Work with stakeholders to scope work, define deliverables, timelines and produce effort estimates for proposed solutions. Strong knowledge and experiences with Continuous Integration and Delivery (CD/CI), DevOPs pipelines and Agile engineering practices. Strong communication, problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment. Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture including Zackman framework and TOGAF. Cloud Architect certifications required - AWS Solution Architect (Associate or Pro).
