At SecondShop, we’re a team of Canadians who believe in doing better—for our country, your wallets, and our planet. We started with a simple idea: why should perfectly good products go to waste or sit unsold when people like you are out there looking for smart ways to save? We have made it our mission to source the highest quality open‑box, overstocked, and scratch‑and‑dent products from the top brands – offering them to Canadians at up to 50% off. But we are not just about savings—we’re about changing how people shop. Say goodbye to paying full price and hello to smarter spending. Role Overview SecondShop is looking for a Technical Product Manager to own the development of the core technology that drives our recommerce ecosystem. You’ll lead the design and delivery of platform capabilities that connect every part of our business—from inventory intelligence and pricing automation to logistics orchestration and warranty integrations. This is a high‑impact, cross‑functional role ideal for someone who blends strategic thinking and architectural depth—a product leader who’s shipped complex systems, worked across multiple domains, and thrives in fast‑scaling, data‑driven environments. What you’ll be doing Define and own the roadmap for SecondShop’s core systems (inventory, pricing, order management, logistics, and warranty). Translate business and operational goals into clear product strategies, user stories, and technical specifications. Partner with engineering to architect scalable, modular solutions that can evolve with the business. Build and optimise integrations across suppliers, logistics partners, payment systems, and customer platforms. Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Growth teams to surface data insights that inform smarter pricing, sourcing, and fulfilment decisions. Measure and improve system performance through instrumentation, dashboards, and KPI frameworks. Act as the connective tissue between commercial priorities and technical execution—ensuring every product decision is grounded in business value. Champion a product culture that values experimentation, collaboration, and measurable outcomes. Who we are looking for 5–8+ years of experience in product management, with a strong foundation in technical / platform‑oriented solution architect roles. Experience building or scaling complex, integrated systems—ideally across e‑commerce, fintech, logistics, or data‑driven SaaS. Background in enterprise architecture, systems design, or strategy consulting (Accenture, Deloitte, etc.) is a major plus. Proven success driving alignment between engineering, business, and operations. Analytical and structured thinker; able to interpret data and turn insights into product direction. Fluent in API integrations, data pipelines, and the technical aspects of scaling multi‑system environments. Excellent communicator who can bridge the gap between executives, engineers, and operational teams. Entrepreneurial and hands‑on—someone who enjoys building from the ground up and seeing measurable impact quickly. Location flexible within Canada (Toronto or Calgary preferred). What we offer A competitive base salary, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage. Access to exclusive discounts on SecondShop products for yourself and your family. As a growing startup, SecondShop offers ample opportunities to take on new challenges, contribute to shaping the company’s future, and take ownership of key initiatives. Join a passionate and mission‑driven team that values collaboration, innovation, and a shared commitment to sustainability and responsible shopping. Align with a company that believes in sustainability, smart spending, and improving the lives of Canadians. You’ll have the chance to make an impact every day #J-18808-Ljbffr
