Job Summary Launch your product career as a Technical Product Manager and impact our growing team at the Brampton office. This role is the perfect accelerator for someone early in their career who brings a strong technical foundation and thrives on close collaboration with engineers. If you actively keep yourself updated on AI and emerging technology trends, you'll be a great fit. You will be empowered to translate business needs into clear technical requirements, drive execution alongside our engineering partners, and quickly take ownership of product features within a dynamic, fast paced startup environment. Key Responsibilities Translate business needs and user pain points into crystal clear technical requirements and compelling user stories. Work hand‑in‑hand with engineers to align on APIs, data structures, and trade‑offs for a seamless build. Maintain and ruthlessly prioritize the product backlog, securing sign‑off from senior Product Managers. Be a proactive, vital player in all Agile ceremonies (sprints, standups, reviews, and retrospectives). Define precise acceptance criteria and support QA to guarantee a flawless, high‑quality product launch. Provide hands‑on support for ambitious roadmap delivery, strategic release planning, and comprehensive documentation. Proactively identify and resolve technical risks, dependencies, and complex edge cases before they impact the timeline. Track feature performance post launch, leveraging data to fuel continuous product improvements and drive user value. Stay ahead of AI, automation, and emerging tech trends, sharing critical insights that will future‑proof the product vision. What We’re Looking For 1–2 years of fast‑track experience in Product Management, Engineering, or an allied technical role. Know the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) inside and out, with a solid grasp of APIs, backend systems, and mobile/web application architecture. Genuinely interested in AI, machine learning, and automation, and actively follow industry trends. Highly comfortable working shoulder‑to‑shoulder with engineers and diving into technical specifications. Your verbal and written skills are top‑tier, making complex ideas simple and persuasive. Exceptionally organized, detail‑oriented, and possess an inherent eagerness to constantly learn and improve. Must be able to work full‑time from our Brampton headquarters. Nice to Have A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is a great plus. Exposure to AI‑powered products, tools, or workflows is welcome (hands‑on experience is not a strict requirement). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for efficient team operation. Experience with key product and development tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Postman, or basic SQL. Valuable experience working in a startup or other fast‑paced team environment.
