As a General Manager, you will champion our selling model, inspire a customer‑first mentality, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your leadership will be pivotal in achieving business and financial results, developing talent, and enhancing customer experiences. Specifically, you will: Drive Operational and Sales Excellence: Model and nurture our sales culture to add value for our customers; oversee brand standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Lead by example and with purpose, motivating and empowering your team while delivering exceptional customer service. Develop and execute a strategic vision that promotes a customer‑first mindset within the team. Achieve business and financial targets by monitoring budgets, analyzing reports, and making informed decisions. Identify and pursue business development opportunities, partner with customers for B2B solutions, and drive sales conversion. Manage scheduling, coach and develop talent, recruit top talent, and nurture employee engagement. Disseminate business communications, initiatives, and results; act as a change leader and ensure transparency. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Asset Protection, Privacy, and company policies and procedures. What you need: 3–5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably as a General Manager. Proven experience achieving sales and service targets with a customer‑centered approach. Strong prioritization, organization, and multi‑tasking skills in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that inspire teams. Experience coaching, developing talent, and managing teams.
