**Here's what you'd do**:

- The General Manager will lead a team of senior managers to manage and grow the businesses; establish overall direction and adherence to the company's processes, policies, and systems establish and maintain close relationships with customers, industry teammates, and functional partners.
- Develop a vision, strategy, and associated tactics for the business that drive operational excellence and achieve growth targets.
- Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional, international teams in the execution of major programs and projects.
- Establish, grow, and maintain close customer relationships, participate in the marketing and sales process, and actively promote the organization's capabilities and strengths; ensure that customer perspective is a driving force behind business decisions and activities.
- Collaborate with senior leaders across client Surface and C5 Systems to improve the overall execution of joint projects and programs.
- Lead and manage the current business portfolio and engage with program and project teams to meet Customer technical and scheduling needs while also achieving financial performance targets.
- Provide leadership to business development activities associated with our programs, including strategic business planning, new business forecasting, and strategic business capture.

**Salary**: $254,000.00 per year
