We are urgently hiring for *Day Porter in Augustana Campus, Camrose, AB (Permanent - Full Time ) *for the following shift starting *ASAP*:* Work Shifts:- Monday to Saturday + Holidays* Monday to Friday 7:30AM-3:00PM* Saturday 7:30AM-11:30AM (flexible)* Holidays - 7:30AM-11:30PM (flexible)*Bee Clean Building Maintenance *is Canada’s largest 100% Canadian-owned janitorial company. We offer a supportive environment with excellent opportunities for advancement and development.*Day Porter Responsibilities:** Day Porter/Cleaner will be responsible for cleaning of Residence area on site at Augustana, cleaning includes washrooms/showers, hallways, move out rooms, entrances & take any calls for cleaning* Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces regularly (e.G., door handles, restrooms, railings).* Keep hallways, entrances, classrooms, and lounges tidy and safe.* Restock supplies in washrooms (toilet paper, soap, paper towels).* Empty garbage and recycling bins throughout the day.* Clean up spills or messes as they happen.* Assist with small tasks like moving chairs or tables for events.* Help remove snow or ice at entrances during winter.* Report any issues or repairs needed to supervisors.* Follow safety and cleaning procedures at all times.*Requirements:** Must be able to join this position ASAP.* Successful applicants will have to undergo the necessary background checks* One year experience is preferable.* Must be available to work at our Camrose location.* Must be able to respond calls and service requests from the building.* Must have great communication skills and attention to detail.*What we offer:** Competitive hourly wage with possibility of raise after probation period.* Possibility to offer Permanent position.* Excellent opportunities for advancement into team lead and supervisory role_*Please respond to this posting with your resume for immediate consideration.*__*We thank all applicants for their submission but only those under consideration will be contacted for a one-on-one interview*_Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From $16.00 per hourAbility to commute/relocate:* Camrose, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Experience:* Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)Work Location: In personExpected start date:
