You’re an enthusiastic Program Manager who excels at driving project delivery in alignment with organizational goals. With a robust background in program and project management, you possess both business acumen and technical expertise. You thrive in a collaborative team environment, leading by example and fostering effective partnerships.


Responsibilities:


  • Program & Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scoping, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Team Leadership: Lead project teams, both internal and external, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Risk Management: Guide the team in identifying potential risks and creating mitigation plans for successful project execution.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to enhance collaboration and project outcomes.
  • Effective Communication: Maintain transparent communication channels with project partners, providing regular updates and reports.
  • Scope Management: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to establish and monitor project scope, activating change requests as necessary.
  • Financial Oversight: Develop cost models, manage budgets, and make critical adjustments to stay within budget constraints.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to best practices.
  • Governance: Maintain project documentation, including plans and status reports.
  • Critical Thinking & Problem Solving: Identify and address project issues to keep projects on track.
  • Cloud Domain Knowledge: Essential for advising and directing cloud migration projects, managing AWS environments, and optimizing system efficiency.
  • Business Case Development: Lead efforts to compile business cases for AWS projects, assessing costs, benefits, and feasibility.
  • IT Rationalization: Initiate and manage data center consolidation projects.
  • AWS Expertise: Leverage AWS for data warehousing, ETL operations, and application re-platforming.
  • Collaboration with Architecture: Ensure performance, maintenance, and security alignment.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is advantageous.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience managing complex projects with substantial budgets.
  • Track record of overseeing multiple projects within a program structure.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to facilitate effective project meetings and workshops.
  • Experience working with stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
  • Proficiency in different project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with AWS Cloud services.
  • Analytical mindset for navigating complex scenarios.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
