Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting exceptional student talent to our remote employment program. Your efforts will directly impact the future success of these students as they embark on their professional journey. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and qualifications. Source and attract top student talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and universities. Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for The Elite Job program. Manage the candidate experience, ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment process. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective student candidates. Develop and maintain relationships with university career centers and student organizations. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in student recruitment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in student recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a remote work setting. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
