As a Seasonal Recruitment Specialist, you'll engage with candidates to assist in their recruitment process. Your responsibilities could include conducting phone interviews and/or providing candidate support through activities like outbound calls, chat interactions, onboarding, managing shared inboxes, and handling various administrative tasks. Responsibilities Conduct outbound phone screenings with potential candidates in a respectful, professional, and friendly manner. Engage in candidate care activities, including outbound calls, chat support, and monitoring shared inboxes. Assist candidates throughout the onboarding process. Execute background administration and monitoring. Accurately update candidate responses in our applicant tracking system. Extend verbal employment offers to qualified candidates. Assist with additional duties as needed.
