WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • You lead, motivate, and inspire a team of restaurant professionals in their daily activities.
  • You contribute to the company’s goals by maintaining superior standards of customer service and operations management.
  • You maximize operational profitability while ensuring high standards of service and product quality.
  • You plan staff development and ensure the motivation of your teams.
  • You monitor budgets and make necessary adjustments to achieve the financial and operational goals of the various departments under your responsibility.
  • You supervise your teams to ensure optimal cost management.
  • You collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • You act as a change agent with the teams to implement and maintain a service and management philosophy that guides the staff.

  • You have between 5 and 7 years of experience in restaurant management, ideally with responsibility for multiple operational units.
  • You hold a university degree in hospitality and restaurant management.
  • You are bilingual in French and English, necessary for effective communication with a diverse international clientele.
  • You have proven experience in maintaining exemplary service standards while managing high volumes of customers.
  • You are available for flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the operational needs of the restaurant.
