Roles And Responsibilities Define project scope. Train users on how to use Genius ERP modules. Provide technical and strategic support to our clients. Develop and apply effective implementation strategies. Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. Offer innovative, efficient, and high‑performing solutions. Skills And Profile Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (manufacturing and/or engineering). 3–5 years of experience in ERP implementation (project management, training, process reengineering, and consulting). Knowledge of Genius Solutions is an asset. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes. Personal vehicle and valid passport (travel required). Proactive, resourceful, and self‑motivated.
