Job Summary: Seeking to hire a female cleaner to work alongside me for my cleaning company. Once training is complete, working independently can be discussed. The ideal candidate will have experience, is hard-working, detail-oriented, reliable, trustworthy and honest, is mature and maintains professionalism and customer satisfaction. Has good time management and communication skills. Is hygienic and has a warm demeanour. The position is primarily located in Edmonton and surrounding areas. But mostly in Sherwood Park, Fort Sask, and Ardrossan. It is currently part-time but full-time can be obtained. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday, and start times range from 730am-10am until the job is completed. Majority of my recurring clients are 3-5 hours either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. I also take on move-out, move-in, and one-time cleans. Number of clients per-day range from 1-4, four being very unlikely. Responsibilities and Tasks -Deep cleaning of bathrooms (sanitizing toilets, washing showers, sinks and tabs, mirrors, baseboards, floors, exterior cupboards, and so forth). -Floors throughout (vacuuming and mopping) -Dusting, wiping, and organizing all major surfaces throughout the house (living rooms, entrance, dining, washing and dryer, decor, tables, blinds, chairs, doors and handles, banisters, light switches, spot washing of walls, windows, and so forth) -Wiping down the entire kitchen (exterior cupboards and handles, emptying garbage, microwave, stove-top and oven, sinks, tabs, tables, and fridge) -Maintaining supplies and proper storage and transportation of cleaning products -Occasional movement of furniture -Can lift and move up to 50 lbs comfortably -Offering and performing additional tasks upon clients request -Adhere to schedule, cleaning routines, and perform efficiently -Knowledge and training of cleaning products (Melaleuca, and other eco-friendly products) Qualifications -Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred, with knowledge of facilities maintenance and use of cleaning tools -Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively within designated timeframes -Excellent communication skills and fluent in english for coordinating with management and interacting with clients -Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness -Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during shifts -Reliable work ethic with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction -Has reliable transportation and a valid drivers license Benefits: Casual dress Flexible schedule Ability to commute Language: English (required) Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (required) I am looking to hire ASAP
