Deliver welcoming customer service as an HMR Clerk at Your Independent Grocer, keeping shelves stocked and products available throughout each shift.
This store clerk position supports a positive in-store shopping experience through stocked displays, accurate scanning, and responsive service. You will maintain department standards, assist with ordering, and set up company-directed promotions and programs. Training is provided, so previous experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer needs with courteous, helpful service
- Stock shelves and maintain product displays to company standards
- Scan products accurately and identify inventory needs
- Assist with ordering and set up directed promotions
- Keep department areas neat and health-and-safety compliant
Requirements:
- No previous experience required; training is provided
- Attention to detail and collaborative team approach
- Resourceful, driven, independent, and motivated to learn
- Flexibility for days, evenings, weekends, and varied departments
- Ability to move up to 50 pounds throughout entire shifts
